The RNZYS building has a distinctive nautical appearance where sun-drenched decks and rooms offer superb views
over Westhaven Marina, CBD, Waitemata Harbour and the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron is the club behind New Zealand’s America’s Cup campaigns. It held the America’s Cup from 1995 until 2003, becoming in 2000 the first non-American holder to successfully defend the trophy. After Team New Zealand’s victory in the 2017 event, the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron are the current holders of the America’s Cup.
Parking
All day parking is free of charge for event guests and members of the RNZYS. When parking is required
for more than 3 hours 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday, a free parking ticket is available from reception.
